With our gaining traction, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant who’s a self-starter with great attention to detail to deliver contracts and invoices, as well as support the customer and sales operations processes.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t miss a beat when it comes to juggling many things at once but with quality; we’re hoping you’re a whiz at responding to comments in Slack and GDocs, gathering data in GSheets, and tracking tasks in Asana, seamlessly.
We’re a creative team, and for the right person, there’s a lot of opportunity as we take on the company’s various projects.
This position will report directly to the Manager, Operations.
